Aims:
· Working out what you need to report – the important activities and outcomes to measure.
· Setting indicators so you know whether you are achieving ‘soft’ outcomes
· Working out how and when to collect information about outcomes.
Content:
1. Set outcome indicators for their project/s
2. Use different methods and tools to collect information
about outcomes.
- Put in place a monitoring and evaluation strategy for
their project/s.
