Lean and Your Processes
Quality Scotland's process courses will help define your processes, mapping them to identify areas for improvement, introducing process improvement tools and techniques as well as locking in measures that will ultimately lead to all business processes being successfully managed across your organisation.
The first of these courses is Process Mapping, designed to teach the difference between process and procedure, this course will show you how powerful a tool this is and take away the practical approach to it's implementation.
Armed with this experience, attend the 2-day Process Improvement course and you'll determine which processes to work on, how to get sponsorship of your improvement teams and understand the criticality of mapping your processes to any Performance Measurement that is taking place within your organisation.
Complete the Process Journey by attending the 3-day Process Managementcourse and you'll have the opportunity to work on your processes, introducing a programme for improvement and other management controls around the business processes.
